This fine Saturday night I’m staying in making chicken stock (What? I like my food made from scratch. And yes, I feel weird for choosing Saturday night to make stock.). My father is coming to lunch tomorrow, so preparations are to be made. For dessert: Panna cotta with passion fruit coating. I am celebrating this geeky Saturday night with a quality check for tomorrow’s dessert. Because I’m worth it.
